Raw & Wild (2020–2022)
A true reserve blend. Three vintages of spontaneously fermented wild ale — 2020, 2021, 2022 — each aged slowly in old wine barrels and then brought together for depth and harmony. Mature acidity, layered structure, soft oak, and a long, evolving finish. A snapshot of three years in one bottle.
Muscat & Wild 2023
Fermented with fresh Muskat Ottonel grapes from Hollenburg. Bright, aromatic, slightly floral and citrus-driven, with refreshing acidity and a gentle wild edge. A youthful but elegant counterpoint to the older vintages in this release.
Isabella & Wild 2023
Made with rare Austrian Isabella grapes, hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented. Intense wild-berry aromatics, hints of strawberry and forest fruit, soft tannin, and vivid acidity. A vibrant, fruit-driven wild ale with unmistakable character.
