A Petit Aperitif Saison, an 11° Plato Lager and an Amber Lager. This trio brings together three collaborations, each with its own ingredients, people and story.
BIEROL × HOPFENGRUND_INDEPENDENCE BREW — PETIT APERITIF SAISON
Brewed with true-to-type grain varieties, rosemary and wormwood. The herbs are gently dried to preserve their aromatics, giving this light saison its herbal character and delicate bitterness.
Created with Bierol for Austrian independent breweries’ Independence Day — a shared commitment to brewing on our own terms, starting with the ingredients.
PIVOVAR FRANKIES × HOPFENGRUND_11° PLATO LAGER
An 11° Plato Lager brewed by Pivovar Frankies in Czechia with fresh Aurora hops from our fields in Hollenburg.
We harvested the hops by hand, and they went straight into the brew, fresh and undried. Our harvest, interpreted through their work in the brewhouse.
VIENNA CRAFT × HOPFENGRUND_AMBER LAGER
An Amber Lager brewed together with Vienna Craft, also using our own fresh hops — picked by hand and taken straight from harvest to brewing.
Vienna Craft no longer exists. This beer will never be made again and moreover is the last beer ever brewed, making the bottles that remain a small piece of our shared brewing history.
For us, it is a tribute to Stephan and Janis, the two brewers behind Vienna Craft, and to the beer we made together.
