A wild ale blended with old Austrian Landpear varieties. Bright acidity, gentle tannins and a rustic orchard character. A true expression of local fruit heritage, naturally fermented and aged in oak.
 
Muskat & Wild
Crafted with fresh Muskat Ottonel grapes from Hollenburg. Aromatic, slightly floral and citrus-lit, with a crisp acidity and a beautifully wild edge — a bridge between vineyard and brewery.
 
Isabella & Wild 2023
Made with the rare Isabella grape, hand-harvested and spontaneously re-fermented. Expect wild strawberry, subtle spice and vivid freshness. A cult fruit in Austria, turned into a vibrant, playful wild ale.
